LIFE_CONSUMER asked:
I don’t know very much about smart phones, but if I write a Web Application (like with ASP.NET), can I connect with a smart phone that has been dubbed WiFi enabled, and claims to have a web browser? Like would they have the ability to just enter in (and hopefully bookmark) the URL for the application, navigate there and query stuff through the web pages?

Any suggested models (and approx prices) of these types of devices?
Thanks.

Yes, they would interact with your site over HTTP just like any browser on any other platform.
There are zillions of these devices, with the highest-end being products like the Apple iPhone and the RIM Blackberry.
