I have set up my Q to receive Gmail and check the internet every 30 minutes. I send a test message, and can get it to show up on the Q. However, when I do a new Send/Receive from the phone, it erases any previous messages. What do I set so that it will download any new messages without erasing old ones?

First off… using the phrase smart phone, with the Moto Q… isn’t accurate… worst phone ever…
What service do you use? If you use sprint, download if you can, sprint mobile email… that way you can use that to get your mail.
